You can keep and strictly use these workbooks digitally (such as through a Kindle), or you can also have a separate notebook that you use to write your answers, notes, references and discussion/follow-up questions. Or, because these workbooks are printable, you can obviously print the pages to markup so you can easily refer to the questions and answers in one place.
If you are wanting to elevate these workbooks in a more professional or elaborate way, you can even have them printed professionally into spiral workbooks. *These also make for thoughtful and sentimental gifts! While this way can be a bit pricier, that’s why I aim to keep the prices of my digital workbooks on the fair side.
Unfortunately, no, they are not editable PDFs at this time.
Here’s the incentive: once you click on the link provided to download your printable, digital workbook…the file(s) is yours – like – forever (on your device). I’m holding buyers accountable for the very things they buy beyond a certain point. The same way a book store would never just offer you a replacement book six months down the road because you lost it – even if you had the receipt to prove it.
So unless you lose the file(s) somehow, whether your computer gets smashed to bits, is set ablaze or experiences the blue screen of death (that’s still a thing, right?), it can’t just disappear. But, hopefully, if you’re taking proper measures to take care of your stuff, you’re backing up the file(s) in multiple places, either through USB, external hard drive, storing it in the Cloud (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) or what have you in the event you get a new computer or fat finger the delete button on accident.
If this doesn’t exactly answer your Why, then it boils down to wanting to draw the line somewhere in the sand.
This is not a black and white issue. For physical items, it’s easy – you return that item to the store and get your money back. For digital products, once you download files to your personal device, you technically have access to that item forever. This allows and encourages buyers to take advantage of demanding refunds.
There are certainly cases where refunds are permissible, for instance, in the case where you accidentally purchase duplicate products. And, unfortunately, technology isn’t always so reliable – systems crash, files aren’t properly downloaded or they’ll experience incompatibility issues. But as a seller I do have the right to protect my product and my business, which means refunds are a case by case issue.

No, you cannot resell these workbooks. Though you are free to use these workbooks and to gift them to others. For instance, if you are a licensed counselor or therapist and you would like to offer your clients these workbooks, by all means!
