Checking in with your partner is as vital as it should be habitual in your relationship. Except sometimes life has other plans – you know how that goes. And making a point to know, and I mean really know, how your partner is doing every now and then may end up complicating things more. It’s important to refrain from only checking in when it is needed or asked of, when things get hard, or when it is solely convenient for one person without consideration for the other. Checking in with your partner (and the relationship) should be a priority, so much so that it becomes a habit. And we all know that doing something sporadically doesn’t create a habit – you must proactively and consciously put forth the will, time, and energy ongoing.

This journal helps you stay accountable for doing just that!

I created the couples check-in journal based on personal insight and extensive (ongoing) research from external resources in order to encourage you and your partner to support and expand your connection and growth on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. The daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly questions are meant to help you gain a deeper understanding of not only yourself (your innermost thoughts, feelings, and desires) but also your partner – through vulnerability and transparency.
